Candidates with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role.

Ultimately, you will ensure that customers leave our stores satisfied with their full purchasing experience.

Sales Representative/ Customer Service responsibilities include:

· Coordinate with the team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times).

· Greeting and directing customers as they enter the store.

· Providing accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing, and after-sales services).

· Answering customers' questions about specific products/services.

· Ensure shelves & racks are fully stocked and straightened.

· Manage returns of merchandise.

· Provide customer feedback to the store’s management team.

· Stay up to date with new products/services.

· Physically able to move, stand, reach, and grab for multiple consecutive hours (may occasionally be required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders).

· Ability to lift and carry products; up to 50 lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
